My PIA AND PETER POCUS manuscript is now available on my site. It was meant to be a Harry Potter primer picture book and net me millions. That didn’t quite happen but it is still fun with all sorts of sugary and candy spells. You can view the entire book in my gallery.

Also check out Bully Buster and all sorts of new characters in my Color and Write series. They are all free downloadable.

This is another coloring page based on two fluffy hamsters I posted on Throwback Thursday a few weeks ago. On this coloring page, Jilly and Bo are putting their toys away – a task most children can identify with. Even if putting one's toys away is a bit of a bore, I hope they enjoy this free downloadable page. Click on the link here and start coloring!

I have done many different free downloadable coloring sheets, which you can find on my site here, here, and here. Some of these projects have writing possibilities and one even has a recipe for a monster cake. Jilly and Bo is intended for younger children.

Last week on Throwback Thursday, I posted two fluffy hamsters I had painted for a picture book. They were prints on watercolor paper with hand painting.

The challenge for me was to see if I could keep their cute look once I had rendered them in thick black lines for a coloring sheet. What do you think? Do you like them?

As a child I had an adorable hamster called Bouboulina after a character from the film Zorba the Greek. I am thinking of doing a series of free downloadable coloring sheets with Jilly and Bo. They are siblings and will get into all the usual scraps.
