These photos are from my PUPPIES Art and Craft event at the North Beach Library in San Francisco.

For the first time, my 40 drawings were not enough—this was thrilling and sad. One hates to turn disappointed children away! Only a short time ago I never imagined having such a problem! It was total happy chaos with moms and children between three and fifteen. Such fun! I will be posting more images soon. The best part is that the moms got a moment to relax.

These photos are from my first TelHi event with my Color and Write Stories. I was delighted that so many of the children opted to participate and then asked me to come back and do some more. The children went from K to 5th, so we needed projects of different ability. The older children got stories with speech bubbles. This boy is working on my FRITZY BANG BANG CREATES A STAR story.

PUPPIES ART & CRAFT PROJECT EVENT AT NORTH BEACH LIBRARY MAY 18

This is the PUPPIES Art and Craft project for May 18th at the North Beach Branch of the San Francisco Public Library.

In my experience puppies are children’s all-time favorite. I hope they will have fun coloring with water soluble crayons, mixing up the colors with water and then sticking on everything that catches their fancy. I enjoy seeing them absorbed and enjoying themselves. I only wish they had art classes at school.
